Second best pizza in Kato after Pagliai’s. The new restaurant is much bigger but I miss the quaint, older restaurant. They tried pulling elements from the old place in with re-using booths, decor, etc. but it’s still not the same. Luckily the pizza is the same! Super good!

Honestly. To be honest, the pizza here is average and a bit overpriced. However, I love going to Jake’s. I’ve even taken groups of people. There is just something fun about eating here. There are some neat sports mementos on the wall, and it’s fun to watch pies being made. Choices of soda and beer are decent. (I think they should offer a free drink on one’s birthday, but that is another matter.) There is a nice laid-back sensibility to the place. Still though, I’m not over the moon about this establishment. In the end, the proprietors do what they do, and they do it fairly well.
Good thin crust!. This is where I go if I want thin crust….it is the best thin crust in town!Good quality pizza, good toppings. The thin crust makes this pizza disappear fast, so order extra. A bit pricey, but really, really good.Best pie: Pepperoni and ground beef Runner up: Mushroom, onion, green olive, and sauerkraut
Pizza is great. Kind of like the yellow mushrom pizza in Waseca.
