Wonderful staff & delicious food. Came through on a bus tour, so the place was jam packed and we had a limited time to have lunch before having to get back on the bus. No problem here – waited a few minutes for a table; EVERYONE was excellent and friendly, 100% despite everyone being busy with their own tables, the waiters/bussers all smiled, greeted us, checked on our table, the waitress getting ready to go on shift took the time to greet me as I waited for my bf to leave afterwards. Was impressed with the friendliness & efficiency – we had piping hot food, fast, and it was delicous! I’m not an expert, but I think the guacomole is homemade, not canned…..at least it tasted better & creamier than what I get locally. The enchiladas ranchero were great, as were the fajitas my bf got. Would definetly stop again next time I’m in the area.
Dined here for the first time for lunch today. The food was very authentic and served hot and prompt! Very affordable as well. The service was excellent! I will dine here in the future and would recommend to others!!
Love It!. We love to eat here! Whether it’s with my family or with my girlfriends we know that we are going to get a great meal. We have our favorites on the menu but everyone gets something they love! So glad to have this restaurant in Mankato!
Super nice staff – go w the fajitas. Dinner w the fam here on our way back from a rock climbing weekend. Colorful fun atmosphere, super nice staff, very fast service… but the food was your average local Mexican. Hubby had enchiladas verdes, girl child chimichanga, boy child beef fajitas (which he loved and demolished) baby boy a corn dog. I had poblano chiles which would have been good except that they arrived lukewarm. Best part of the food was the hot tortilla chips and super tasty guacamole at the beginning of the meal. $75 with tip.
A taste of Mazatlan Cuisine in the extreme. I have visited this establishment many times in the past few years and am pleased by the wonderful service and the care that is put into the food that is prepared for its customers, a pleasant family atmosphere and sociable waiters and waitresses it is a place you can go on a date or take the whole family, delicious food and very large authentic menu that you can imagine comes from the very place it claims. Definitely Recommend

Excellent all around……. Living in Mankato I must say that on a visit, Mazatlan is a restaurant not to be missed. From it’s fun atmosphere, good food, great employees it is an A+.The food is prepared well, from good quality ingredients.The employees are all cheerful and courteous, and all the same time after time. Best dish: Pablano chilies (seriously, the best!)Best drink: Texan
