The food is ok but the experience is the best! This is where my parents went on their first date, and I remember one time I was dining in and the song sweet Caroline came on and the entire restaurant was singing along… Awesome!!!!
#1 Pizza Place. The greatest pizza place in the world!
Frozen Pizza Taste On The Town. A rubbery crust, a thick layer of processed cheese, and not even a hint of garlic makes this tomato ketchup flavored cracker taste about as good as a frozen pizza at three times the price. A failure in every respect. If you like horrible food, this is it.
Fresh ingredients and outstanding deep dish crust for a bread lover. I grew up around some great pizza joints, family run, a lot of love and excellent quality. With the powerhouse industry that fast food pizza has become, it’s nice to find the few really good places that can make a seriously good pizza. Pagliai’s is one of them.The reasons are simple. Start with good quality, fresh ingredients, and add in a little something special. For Pagliai, I am a big fan of their deep dish crust. The main area where the tops are located remains thin and crispy but not tough or hard at all. It’s a well made product that suits the purpose well. You get to really enjoy the fresh ingredients and just enjoy the pizza as one would expect. The ingredients are piled on too. Once you’re done with the main course, you get desert. This desert is in the form of the thick crust making the deep dish surround of the pizza, and this crust is TASTY! It’s like fresh baked bread, flavorful, soft, chewy, just really good.Bonus: This pizza reheats really well too. Microwave or oven, it just comes out good. That can’t be said for some company’s pizzas.
I am allergic to pizza….therefore, I don’t usually visit pizza places. this place has a wide variety of extras including Dog which i love so they are my #1 too:)
Mankato’s Best Pizza. Hands down, Best Pizza in Mankato! 23 year customer. Most is the the same. don’t change anything!
Great Local Establishment. The pizza is great! The spaghetti isn’t so great. Then again, who goes to a pizza joint for spaghetti? The chairs are very comfortable. It’s fun to watch the kitchen staff prepare the food. Video games and a jukebox for killing time. Decent drink selection. Fantastic prices. I particularly enjoy watching the bar crowd walk past on their ways to the many area taverns.
