Great beer, great food, plenty of TVs. They have a special beer on tap the first Friday of every month. I’ve never had a bad experience. Special burgers are usually worth a try. They’re featured on the chalk board near the bar.
The burgers were delicious, we will definitely be coming back. I really enjoyed the atmosphere as well. However. Do not order the cheese curds, they are not good. They are like chunks of cheese fried, not real cheese curds.

Got there around 12:30, service was a little slow but not terriblely bad. Burger was good. Only complaint is they need somthing like bread when you sit down to hold you over while waiting for food. Other than that i would go back.
Great service, great food. For our daughter’s birthday, we had a group of 6, and we decided to eat at the Boulder Tap House. We had a vegetarian, and a very fussy hamburger critic in our group. Our hamburger critic ordered his hamburger, as usual, and was very pleased with the food. Now that is very unusual for him!! Everyone in our group was impressed with the service and the food. We will be back.
Service was great. Homemade Wisconsin cheese curds were over cooked and very greasy. Other people said they were great but not the ones I got. They didnt have Blue Moon beer which every other restaurant has in town. For being famous for burgers the burgers were pretty bland no flavor. I was disappointed.
Ghastly and flavorless. I was very excited to try the new boulder tap house. So my mom and myself went there, the atmosphere was great. It seemed like the sort of place that we would frequent. Upon getting the menu we CHEESE CURDS we order those and they came. They were large, square, greasy, tasteless. and had cheddar cheese instead of monzorella*. I had one and a half hopeing so badly that they would get better since they’re 8 dollars. These were the worst part of the meal, but wow those were beyond horrible. I had want chicken strips, but they only had them on the kids menu so I got that and caijan fries. The chicken seemed good at first, but then they got some weird fat at the bottom of them and there were only 2. The fries were unbeknownst to me very very spicy, and small in portion. My mom had a burger which she said was okay. I seen earlier that they had shakes and malts and they came in reeses peanut butter cup version. So I thought how you mess up a shake, and I had really really hoped that this would round of out the evening on a high note. When I got it it was so RUNNY it had the near consistancy of plain milk. I dug out all the reeses cups determined to make the most of it. Then we realized it was 6$ mom called for the manager who took off the bill. The food was so BAD it was almost comical. I’m sure they have some better things there but don’t get the curds, the caijan fries unless you like spicy stuff, or a shake. I just couldn’t believe everything I tried was bad, but it was. Like I said before I liked the place itself but the food was just aweful!
