Awesome staff. I’m new to the Mankato area and everyone is always talking about the pita pit so I went to check it out.First off, the food was great! Super vegetarian friendly, too. But the best part was the team working there. The woman who took my order was great at her job. She could tell I was new so told me all about my options. When I ordered the falafel pita, she asked if I was veggie and then asked the cook to start up some falafel on a clean griddle, far away from any meat.Next we went through the toppings and sauces, they helped me pick what would be the best on the falafel and suggested some sauces.Finally, they taught me how to eat this Pita! Since they stuff them full and have a special way to wrap them up in their paper, they showed me to pick a side to start from and open just one end because if you take the whole wrapper off, it’s just a big mess.Thanks Pita Pit, I will be back!
