Zantigo and Zapata Lives on in Mankato. Ever heard of a Chilito? I have been eating here since 1989. Yeah, it’s a bit greasy and cheesy. Definitely a knockoff and throwback to the old Zapata and Zantigo chains. Not a whole lot of flavor and the hot sauce comes in packets. A throwback treat if you have ever eaten at the now defunct Mexican chains. everything is reasonably priced. Old style booths at this throwback drive-in.
