About
Budger's Dinner House was opened in 1963 by Donald "Budger" and Pearl Beasley. Don was given his nickname when he was little from his sister who had a hard time pronouncing "Brother." Today Budger's is still independently owned and operated by the Beasley family. Over the years, we have become known for our hand cut steaks, real potatoes, fresh ground hamburger and homemade pork BBQ ribs. Year after year we strive to serve the best tasting food at a reasonable price. All of our food is cooked the old fashion way, after you order. We do not compromise quality for speed and believe the food is remembered long after the bill is forgotten. We are proud to have served west central Minnesota for over 40 years. This is an excellent place to have a ribeye steak. Hashbrowns with cheese and onions are super. It does get crowded on the weekends but they do their best to accommodate everyone.
Great local supper club. Steaks can be cut with a butter knife. The seafood is awesome. Be sure to have the hash browns with onions and cheese. Get there early.
We usually eat on a weekend night. We love their steaks especially the ribeye. This is a friendly and comfortable place to eat and socialize.
