I had heard good things about this restaurant. A group of 7 of us went there for lunch. We got there before the rush. The whole table ordered burgers. As the it started to get busy, the tables that came after us started getting their meals. We still hadn’t received our meals as some of the groups that had arrived after us started getting their checks. When our food arrived an hour later, it was cold and not prepared as requested. I had ordered a turkey burger. They had not put the toppings in that I had requested and it was pink. I eat turkey burgers all the time and land they aren’t supposed to be pink. I sent it back and she brought it back out and said it was pink because it was seasoned with Worcestershire sauce. I use it in my turkey burgers all the time and they don’t turn lipstick pink. I was ravenous so I ate my half-cooked turkey despite knowing that there would be intestinal consequences. I will never eat at this restaurant again. It’s overpriced and if I want substandard burgers and fries served at room temperature I’ll got to McD’s at 3pm.
We love it here. Great food, atmosphere, service.. Bacio seems to be my family’s go-to place for dining out. We love the food here, it is always good and the service is great! Bacio has some traditional italian fare, but most everything has a new, modernized twist. Great place to get something to eat with friends, to go on a date or to grab a drink at the bar.

This is not Italian! Pretty good food but not Italian.
Watch out for this place!. I had a lunch there on Saturday at 1 pm. Half way through our lunch manager informed me that someone broke into my car and passenger’s side window was crashed. This upscale restaurant doesn’t have security cameras in the parking lot. Safety of guests and their personal belongings is not the top priority for them. A police officer informed me that this type of crime happened at Bacio’s parking lot in the past. I am quite shocked that management team is not proactive about it.
Service above and beyond. Experienced what may be the best service of memory tonight from Bacio, Kyle and the waitstaff went above and beyond to assure my business mtg was flawless. Food was phenomenal as always. I will be revisiting soon!
Always Like. I have been going to this restaurant since it has opened. I have never been disappointed and last night was no exception. This restaurant reeks of professionalism. The experience starts at the door. The employees last night at the front door extended a warm greeting. There is usually a manager at the desk. Smart idea as this the starting point of the customer experience. Smart restaurants do not seat customers simply when tables are open. Rather, a good restaurant controls the entire flow of the restaurant by when the restaurant can handle a table. This might be dictated by factors like large tables already seated affecting kitchen orders. Bacio seems to understand this concept thus guaranteeing an excellent experience for all. Last night was no exception. Our server last night was knowledgeable about the menu and did an excellent job at trying to sell us specials. A server’s main responsibility is to enhance a dining experience by suggesting items and not being just an order taker. We had four courses and each course was delivered in a timely manner so that we never had to wait or had two courses on the table at the same time. Of course, clean and appropriate silverware was delivered with each course. Attention to detail is everything. Our first course was the Salsiccia Pizza. The crust was perfectly crisp. The sausage was moist and favorable. The fennel on the pizza added the perfect touch to excite the palette. Our second course was the Ciao Baby Salad. I have had the salad before. Last nights salad was well executed and consistent to salads served in the past. Our entrees were perfect. We ordered the Pork Tenderloin and Amish Chicken. I had the Pork Tenderloin. The temperature was perfect. The only thing worse than undercooked pork is overcooked pork. The zinfandel port sauce is a perfect matching for the pork: not to sweet or over powering. The side dishes equaled the the pork on plate. I am a sucker for Brussels Spouts and Bacio’s rendition did not disappoint. From start to finish our experience was excellent. Kudos to the entire staff
