Borough is truly divine. The food is whimsical, beautifully presented, original and delicious. I’ve recommended it to a variety of friends and they’ve all been impressed. Parlour is one of my favorite late night spots to lounge and my girl friends especially love the ambiance. It’s sexy, cool and effortless. The staff at Borough could take a cue from the awesome bartenders at Parlour. It’s great that food from upstairs can be ordered from Parlour and there are numerous comfortable seating areas.
Great drinks and food. Best burger you will ever have – more like what you would get if you too the best steak you could find and butter…smash them together with cheese. Go to the bar and have Scott make you a drink…best cocktails ever…no exaggeration. My new favorite place in the TC.

This is the kind of place I might not take visitors from out of town, reserving it for locals to enjoy. The qualities that make Parlour a repeat destination might not be easy to appreciate for visitors looking for a nice view, but evenings with friends at Parlour are a real treat.I ordered an Old Fashioned to drink with a burger to eat. Both were remarkable cocktails and food that Parlour are standard bearers of their type, exemplifying exactly what I had in mind.My Old Fashioned was crisp and clean, easy to sip and aromatic til the last drop. My burger was thick, juicy with just enough cheese to make me miss it when it was gone. I left Parlour feeling satisfied and impressed at the quality of the experience, looking forward to coming back soon.
OMG. Went there for Father’s day; my wife wondered if it was the best meal we’ve ever (!) had. Our family of four had two first courses, one second, three entrees which was just right. Each offering from the octopus to the strip was a work of art with a wide variety of flavors. Very well done. Service was very attentive. Is now one of our favorites despite the drive (coming from Eden Prairie).
Awesome. Went here for our birthdays. Food is interesting and well prepared. Will be coming back. Parlour, downstairs, is a great way to start with drinks.
