After looking at all my options, I chose Monte Carlo’s because of some of the unique selections. I went with the opened face steak Sandwich with mushroom gravy and fries.The flavor was exceptional there was more than an ample amount of gravy and of course it was on pumpernickel.Definitely a fine eating establishment, I would return here again.
Will never return back. After 40 minutes my group of 7 received our first lukewarm waters. The waitress did not fill up our waters until the 70 minute mark, and the food was not received until 1 hour and 45 minutes after being ordered. There wasn’t any silverware on the table, and once we requested them the waitress brought them out in a tin glass and set them on the center of the table for us to pass out. The manager did give us a free round of drinks, but that was not even close to enough to compensate for how rude our waitress was! She even called one of the guests in my group a liar for an error she pointed out on the bill. This may have just been an off night for the Monte Carlo, but I know I will never return!
