Amor and Jonathan, the owners of Rinata Restaurant in Minneapolis, decided to take on a new venture when Jonathan moved to Bryn Mawr neighborhood in Minneapolis and noticed the lack of a restaurant. After about a week of living in Bryn Mawr, Jonathan fell in love with a location and decided to take the leap.
