Not just pizza.. The Crescent Moon has a full menu of Afgani dishes in addition to their pizza (which I’ve never eaten). I go for the Afgan dishes which are filling and delicious. During Ramadan they have a after-sunset banquet every evening at a modest fixed price with a buffet that includes dishes not on the everyday menu. All are welcome.
Love this place. Their house special pizza is one of my favorite pizzas of all time. Great place to quick stop by and grab one of their meat pies on the way home from class too. All of the employees are very kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
100% PIZZA AWESOME. I have enjoyed pizza as much as the next person, but this place turned me into a pizzaholic. I buy pizza there at least once a week if not twice. My favorite is the medium football pizza with gyro and hot peppers or the House Special. My roommate’s are the Veggie Lovers type and my other friends are addicted to the Meat Lover’s. I can’t say enough about this football treasure because my mouth is probably too full eating it.
Pizza Heaven. I would always go to Crescent Moon for their Sultani Plate, which is amazing, but this time my friends convinced me to try a personal pizza. I can’t stop thinking about it!!! The pizza was perfectly balanced with flavor and toppings. The crust was divine, and the pizza was designed in their unique football shape. I love their food! I love it there! Thanks Friends! I love you too!!! This is a definite must try!31 Jan, 2014MAJOR TASTE EXPLOSION. I heard about the awesome Football Pizza at Crescent Moon before, but I never tried it until today. It was sooo good I regret not getting one sooner. The crust was perfect and tasty. They added generous amounts of cheese and toppings. The price was really great, especially since it was hand made and unique. The people working in the front were friendly, and I wasn’t surprised to see that it was really busy. I mean pizzas were flying everywhere. I am definitely a returning customer for life.
What is in that delicious green sauce!?. Had the House special football pizza… pretty tasty! Great toppings, cheese, and the crust was especially tasty (and not greasy). Not the most notable sauce, but the green sauce available to dump all over it really knocked the whole thing out of the park. Super fast and friendly service too.
THE BEST. Football Pizza!!!!! Never had it. Tried it. Loved it. Crave it. Avid Supporter. This is the best pizza! Don’t put off trying it! Make sure you get extra chutney!!! Truly Amazing and Unique!
Football Pizza Heaven. If you never had the Football Pizza, you are really missing out!!! The Football Pizza is the best pizza in Minnesota if not the whole US and they have an award to prove it. This pizza is 5 stars or ten out of ten or whatever… it is better than that. The Football Pizza also comes with this amazing green sauce that should be sold by the gallon. I go there once a week if not more. You should too!!!
