Rude service. Dog permitted in shoppe. It sniffed us, the sniffed our table top. My hubby tried to get the dog owners attention. He was oblivious. We will NEVER go back. Shoppe workers were no help with the situation.
Terrible Service. I work a few blocks from Diamonds and it was a company regular – everyone loves the food and coffee. However the service is terrible. The last time we went there (a small group of us), we were told we don’t tip enough (we do), that we always come in too big of groups, that we keep other customers waiting because we are waiting for our food to cook, and that we are in the way. We couldn’t believe how rude they were to us when we send them a lot of business. We have always been very respectful and treat them well. I would understand their point if we were loud, rude, and caused trouble with the staff and other customers, but we don’t. It is really a shame, I liked going there. They won’t be getting any of our business and we will stop recommending them to others.
This is a great place to go to study. The seating here is perfect for meeting with a friend, studying or relaxing. I love the prices and quality of their food and drinks. The staff is always friendly, and it is so close to my home. I most definitely recommend this to everyone.
Awesome!. My favorite lunch spot in NE! Soups are made from scratch and sandwiches are made to order. Coffee is fabulous! I’m not a foo-foo coffee drinker, just gimme the jo, Joe. None better in town. LOVE the staff – by the third time I went there, they knew who I was, if not my name, by what I drink. Bottomless cup on regular coffee – who does that anymore? Great place for meetings, with lots of different rooms, some more private than others. Funky warehouse atmosphere.While they seem to have something of a motorcycle theme, don’t be intimidated – it’s vintage stuff, not Harley posers or outlaws. Lots of cool motorcycle pictures and posters, and now they’re hanging local art as well. Very cool.
Favorite Coffee Shop. Period.. I live at this coffee shop. Coffee is good, not overpriced. The food is coffee shop food. I like that there are a lot of couches. I can bring my infant son in there and not worry about hipster glaring at us. Super awesome and friendly staff.
Friendly people. I always get the iced chai with a shot of coconut — incredible. The food is just as good … and it’s all freshly made from scratch. There are lots of nooks and crannies to curl up and waste away an afternoon enjoying good food and great company. The staff are warm and friendly and create a very child-positive atmosphere
