I really like the Moose, had he chance to swing in many times since I move to NE, always like the staff and love that the kitchen is open till 2am. Larry the owner is always nice when we com in also, which makes ya feel welcome.
Terrible service. I’ve worked in the industry for 10 years so I know what the service should be and what it cannot be. They don’t know what they advertise or how to bring plates to a table. Don’t go unless you’re totally wasted

Excellent Breakfast. Moose on Monroe has Steak & Eggs for $5.99 EVERYDAY of the week until 2 p.m. It has an 8 oz black angus beef steak. Not your typical breakfast steak. It is served with hashbrowns and toast as well. Add a Bloody Mary and you are well on your way to a good time!!! Breakfast and Bloody Mary are AMAZING!!
NO good. The all female staff is hardly female friendly. The food is good, but not good enough to want to go there and feel like you could be in the middle of a cat fight. Drink specials aren’t that special seeing as to every bar in Northeast has rockin specials. Ladies beware, place is BAD news.
My favorite hidden bar. I love hanging out at the moose on monroe for saturday brunch & bar bingo. Always a great time!
More than bar food. The Moose on Monroe has a real kitchen with a real menu. Its not your average run of the mill bar food. Lots of choices like East Coast style sandwiches such as the Ruebin or the Phili. They have fresh fruit, ribs, fish on friday, tacos, great pizza. Lots of specials. They have a bloody mary that is a meal unto itself. Having hot bartenders is an added bonus.
