If you’ve been to Italy you’d agree: this is the only place in the twin cities that serves real pizza.

Jewel of NE. We went to Pizza Nea for the first time 3 weeks ago. I loved the pizza and the salad. The food was great and reasonably priced. The ambience was pretty chill. Will be going back for sure.

Love the Crust. I eat here every couple of months. Comfort food italian style. The Cesar salad which I tried for the first time the other day was dull. But the crust on the pizza is what I crave when I want pizza. Good options if one is a veggitarian. Also the bruccetta is awesome!! I must say Punch is around the corner, but when I go out to eat I want service. I can cook good food at home even good pizza, when I go out I want someone else to take my order and do the dishes. The service at Nea is good. and the crust is amazing. I can’t say that about Punch that’s why i choose Nea every time!

Lack of flavor. I’m sad to say we had a blah, blah, blah experience here. With Punch around the corner I’m not sure how Pizza Nea is going to make it. We added salt, parmassan, and hot pepper flakes to both our white and red pizza and still felt it all lacked flavor. With fresh mozzerella, prosciutto, salami, artichokes, and argula as a few of the ingredients on the 2 pizzas, I’m not sure how both pizzas fell so flat. Years ago I remember liking it – – I wonder what happened?

Best Neapolitan Style Pizza in the TC. Are you pinning for Pizza like you ate in Naples or Rome? Then Pizza Nea is for you.Expect flat, personal pizzas served with interesting toppings–not too much grease either. Their salads and wine list are excellent too. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff friendly. As for the Punch comparison, I think Nea has better atmosphere, better pizza, better beer & wine list, better service, and is only a little more expensive. Seems like a no brainer to me.

Better than Punch. I like the pizza at Nea better than at Punch. The brusketta is fantastic also. BUT, I do not like this owner who is rude/awful to his staff and the parking is non-existent/street only.
