WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have gone to this place several times in the past year to see a friend’s band. The first time I went I felt sorry for the bartender because she seemed like she must be new and barely knew what to do. A year later, same bartender, I realize she’s just that incompetent. Also rude and clueless about customer service, she is a good fit for this establishment which has an entire staff of unfriendly, impatient, and largely incapable servers. My experiences with the various waitresses and bartenders has been consistently the poorest I have ever experienced.

Love the Food!!. I’ve never disliked anything I’ve ordered from the Spring Street!! Breakfast and bloody mary bar on the weekends is unbeatable! Absolute best bloody mary’s in town. Definitely recommend! I can’t stop going back here! The only problem is the juke box and what’s coming out of it is way too loud. the waitresses are kind of annoying and the regulars are pretty gross. BUT THE FOOD!!! IS WONDERFUL!!
