A few tips before visiting. A nordeast favorite. great spot to get a plain ol’ cheeseburger, a greenie or a grain belt for cheap. week day afternoons are pleasant and quiet(er); the crowds pick up at night and the weekend nights are packed. be aware that the lowery bridge is under construction (spring/summer 2011) so you’ll most likely have to come from the north or south on marshall. also be aware, they only take cash, so make a stop at your atm before coming. unless you’re gonna make a night of shweelin’ it up, or buying a round of drinks, you won’t need much because everything is pretty cheap. there is an atm in the bar but it’s not always reliable. they’ll appreciate you asking how to properly pronounce Jaros instead of lookin’ like a fool. have fun!
