I’d go back. I was with a group of six, which turned into ten, and we all had a great experience at Cowboy Jacks. The bar staff was excellent; they were very sharp and the service was prompt. I will definitely go back.
If you can deal with and get over the douche bag clientele the happy hr is great. I guess you get what you pay for our sit at the bar because the wright staff sucks.
Went for a late dinner(9:45 pm). The bartender told me if I waited 15 minutes I could get apps 1/2 off and 2.00 dollar drinks. I got the fish fingers and po tater skins. Skins were spicy just like they said they would be. Walleye was tasty and came with the chipotle tater sauce that was awesome.
Let’s see $2 drinks & 1/2 off apps 3-6 & 10-midnight (not just rail drinks & domestics), friendly staff, peanut bar, karaoke on wed nights, pretty good live music on weekend nights, pull tabs, patio, Buck hunter, good food…… How can you go wrong with tasty cheap and entertaining?! Favorite foods: deadwood queso dip w/ beef, chicken quesadilla and Kobe beef Philly! A little rowdy later on, but that’s what you get with great prices at a sports bar kinda setting.
LOL @ Emily. This isn’t a review, I just wanted to laugh at Emily who’s ONLY complaint was that she brought her friend who was allergic to peanuts to a PEANUT BAR.
Awful.. A single flaw, all those nasty peanuts. My friend had to leave the other day because she’s allergic. So awesome Cowboy Jacks F*$^ yourself.
$2 Drinks. I can’t really say I like Cowboy Jacks, but you can’t beat their happy hour drinks! $2 until midnight makes it a great place to go with friends or for celebrations
