Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. I had to wait over 10 mins for all of my drinks even after ordering the biggest steak they have(which was over cooked, pretty sad for a so called Grill) At the end of my meal I offer my card so I could get a pen to leave a note to the waitress. Paid in cash leaving a tip dispute my poor service. Just to find out they still ran my card even with no signature. I call management the following Monday, am told they will call me the next morning to resolve the issue. 2 days later I decide to call them back to only be offered a ‘sorry’ from management. I live a half block away and will NEVER return. Service is terrible and customer service is a sad joke.
