1.5 hour wait and VERY rude. I ordered carry out from this place, chicken and broccoli combination with cheese wonton appetizer. When I got home, I found I was given shrimp lo mein instead. I called and the lady was apologetic and told me they would deliver the correct food. It took an hour and a half and multiple phone calls for my food to arrive. When the man delivered it he was extremely rude and even argued with me over my zip code (you think I don’t know where I live?). All he gave me was a pint of chicken and broccoli… not even a full, new combination. I spoke to the lady again and asked her to reimburse me. She said she would do it. After about 10 minutes, she called me back and said she would only reimburse me for the combination and not the appetizer I ordered. I then told her that I didn’t think I should have to pay for anything because my wait was 1.5 hours for their mistake. All she said was OK and hung up. So, here I am eating cold and old fried rice and an egg roll with warm chicken and broccoli. Never going here again….

Unexpectedly good. My husband and I moved to Plymouth recently, and decided to order Chinese from here since it was the closest place that delivered. We weren’t expecting much, as it’s the same Chinese menu you see at any Chinese place, but it was surprisingly good! We order regularly, and get the same things mostly. The veggies are all fresh, which is very nice, and delivery is always prompt at polite.
They changed. I’ve never changed a review before, but I have to. The place changed hands and format. They are ‘Express’ now, for what that is worth. Small takeout buffet table by the wall. I ordered off the menu and while we waited, watched a lot of people lean on the buffet while they waited. YUCK?? Our food really lacked the flavor and quality that made me love this place.Not going back and I am sorry about it. The place was so good before.
