We had been the old sunshine factory really did love the atmosphere and food.At the new location, pulling into the parking lot there is limited parking and only three handicapped spots. And none these handicapped spots were available. Our party alone had three elderly people that were coming for lunch. No handicap accessible doors were available as well. Inside the tables are very close it is loud in the service especially the manager is despicable. She was extremely rude ,defensive and could’ve used an attitude adjustment. Despite the food being okay, it will be a long time if ever, we return.
Fun place. I had been to the old location many times. Love the new place! Big comfy booths. The place has always been well managed. I like seeing the manager working the room. This keeps everyone on their best behavior. Always the same quality and very friendly place. People are always smiling. The menu is filled with the favorites. We love the wings and really like the burgers. On our last visit we had the ribeye steak. For the price it is one of the best in the cities. Enjoy!
Not good food. Everyone in my family thought the food was not good and the service to match.Stay away.. Thanks
Not good for large groups. My husband and I met 8 friends at this busy restaurant. They do not take reservations, even for large groups, so we called one hour ahead and got on the ‘waiting’ list. The person doing the seating had not accommodated the amount of time it would take to seat a large group, so we ended up waiting in their freezing cold entryway for over an hour past our promised time. Our server was pleasant but disorganized, and food appeared randomly. I had the sausage flatbread pizza, which had a really good crust, but the sausage had a wierd fishy taste I didn’t care for. I was hoping for more veggies and a little more cheese. My husband had their Reuben soup, which he said was quite good. He really liked the rye croutons that came with it. He also ordered the onion rings, which he said were average. The highlight of the evening was their spacious ladies room! Parking around the building is limited but you can always park in the mall lot and walk over.12 Dec, 2013CLOSED. This location of Sunshine Factory is closed. They moved to Plymouth.
Have been a Tuesday night regular for years. disappointed in the service & attitude. What manager tells a guest, who stood in the entryway for ten minutes, that the staff didn’t think she wanted to be seated because she was looking at the door and that she is rude, when she complained about the bad service? subsequent guests in their party had to go to the Bar to get served…
Bleh. Not impressed with food or service. Building is great…now get a decent restaurant in there, but frankly food is no better than the old Bakers Square that used to sit there.
New location. 4100 Vinewood Ln N. Plymouth. Good food. Great service, loud!
