It is a fun place!! It was my first time at this restaurant. Very busy and a bit loud. The waiting was not bad at all they told us 25 minutes that ended up being only 10mn. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food came out great good size portions and good amount of seasoning. The wine i had was good and overall the price of the beverage and food is very reasonable. I really enjoyed my evening, this place is cozy and welcoming.

The new location looks great from the outside and being in a strip mall area there is a lot more parking available without having to park on the street. The service was positively the worst I have had in a long time, the attitude of the staff was positively horrible, the food was positively awful and I am positive that I shall never be back again. I am also positive that you should avoid this place and go elsewhere.The greeter took forever to acknowledge us when we walked in, then acted like we were interrupting them by wanting a table. The menus were basically thrown at us on the table. We had a long time to look at the menu because it took a very long time for a waitress to come to our table. After all of that she got the drink order wrong and argued with us that she was right and we didn’t know what we ordered. After that and still not getting the right drinks we walked out. You can keep your bad attitude and horrible service as there are better restaurants around. Good luck with your obvious Bud Light chugging low class suburb trash atmosphere you search to find. The Chili’s next door or Applebee’s down the road do better food and service than they ever will attempt at Sunshine Factory.They deserve negative stars!
