Redeemed themselves a little today with the Maple bacon and chicken wrap. It wax tasty. I would like more than 10 fries though and some lemonade with my ice. Server was attentive.
Disappointing Experience and Lies. I shall never return to the Mall location again. Earlier in the week I met with the manager to arrange a surprise 21 birthday party for my fiance. Everything appeared fine then, stating the time and amount of people (10ish) was fine. The day of I called to make sure everything was set to go. Not only did I find out they had NO idea about the reservation, but they would not accommodate the group OR serve her a beverage! Truly, the Applebees dropped the ball and I will discourage the mall location from this point forward. Will I go to an Applebees again? Probably, the food is okay and there is no TGI Fridays in town. I do recommend WILD BILLS though. They accommodated my group and made the event a success despite short notice. Should you choose Applebees, go to the north location!
