Great hot tea! Staff was wonderful and since I only wanted one tea bag in my large cup they gave me the other one to use at a later time. Great atmosphere and great location if you are going to Mayo Clinic.
Too Corporate. Even though the espresso is geared toward making candy drinks and not having anything to with the fine art of coffee it taste pretty good.Caribou’s aggressive corporate sales structure is always obnoxiously present.It is painful to make a simple purchase without being badgered with their latest sales push.Of late it is the breakfast sandwich line that is frozen then steamed in a counter top contraption.At $3 a pop these are more of a cash donation than a purchase .3 bites and into the trash can it goes. Yuck. The candy drink market is rich as we know and this the store caters to well.Ambiance a 2.Service a 4.Most often these stores can’t get a special order drink right. Whole bean quality for purchase a 6.My complaint about the whole beans bulk is the price.They are charging top dollar for not top dollar Arabica. beans, But they know most people don’t know the difference .High turnover and low wages makes service at such places iffy.Stick to coffee Caribou and stop embarrassing your image with yucky breakfast frozen food.
