One of the best restaurants in Rochester. Very dependable. All is good here. Best is the rotisserie chicken. Chocolate cake is awesome. Could be very busy.
Lots of options, all good. Not fantastic but solid and consistent. Blue cheese fondue, Thai flatbread, jambalaya, and ribs are great. The banana cream pie is outstanding and the chocolate cake is very good.
I gave this place one star because it would not let me give no stars. My family and I will never return and I would not recommend. The service was horrible. The waiter was rude he rushed us to order then never brought drinks ask him a question and he would just be rude. My father and I have allergies so that is why we chose to eat here. We have not been to Rochester for two years and we were looking forward to eating here because we loved it 2 years ago but after this experience we definitely don’t love it! My father has Celiac disease he ordered a gluten free lettuce wedge and what was supposed to be a gluten free rotisserie chicken which turns out was not. It comes out and my dad takes two bites of food then noticed some juice under the potatos and the chicken and says to my mom is that gravy because there is not supposed to be because otherwise it’s not gluten free. My mom says I will go find a manager because r waiter was no where to be found so she gets a manager the manager comes over and says can I help. My dad says is this gluten free the manager goes no I it’s not I will go get u a new one my dad says I just took a bite great now I will be sick for 3-6 days because anyone who has Celiacs knows that if u get cross contaminated u get sick for 3-6 days. The manager brought back a new plate then the waiter returns and says right in front of the manager when the manager is setting a new plate on the table for my dad is there a problem all nasty like my dad says yes I told u I had to be gluten free and I looked at him and said u r rude if I acted like this at my work I would be in big trouble now he is gonna be sick because u did not check this plate. The manager said it would never happen again and gave us a whole speech about how his sister has Celiacs thing and took my dad’s food off the bill but still he should be in kitchen checking plates before they go out. Therefore what we were looking forward to turned out to be horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone who has Celiacs or allergies and even if u don’t have Celiacs or allergies I still don’t recommend unless u want to be treated horrible and u never get a refill on your drink! P.S. No one likes to see bad reviews and I never write bad reviews unless its bad because I never want to read a bad review on my store but I think people need to know how horrible this place is. Thank you!
I’ve never had a bad meal here. The rotisserie chicken is plentiful and very moist. Garlic mash add to the meal as well. Top it off with some wsrm bread pudding and you have yourself a delightful dinner. No complaints here.
Food is outstanding but don’t eat at the bar. The tall female bartender was not attentive or very nice. Disappointing with such a great atmosphere and excellent cuisine.
Caesar. Delicious salad. Comes with chicken and shrimp options too.
Slowest Kitchen ever! Have been seated and waiting over an hour for breakfast for two people and all that we ordered were omelets! This is my third time here and its the same everytime- slow and mediocre food. At least they are consistent at being awful!
