Stale chips, cold meat. Just went there tonight. Quality of meat was poor. It was cold and they cut down on portions. The chips were stale. They were busy and customer service was suffering because of it. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Fast Food Fatty Burritos. Hey, if you want to get filled up in a hurry, go here! We have eaten here more than 20 times I am sure, and NEVER have we been disappointed or gotten sick:)
Come on Rochester….. Chipotle is mediocre at best. You want Mexican food, head over to El Gallo Taquiera and get a dose of real Mexican food. Go simple, the tacos. 2 corn tortillas, some grilled mean, some onions and chopped cilantro. They have a good salsa bar, too. There, again so simple. Some salsa verde and salsa fresca.
Chains….. Skip it, go to El Carambas instead! Help the local economy and stop making McDonalds’ pockets deeper.
Good to Go. For a chain, it’s pretty decent. $1.80 for guacomole is my only complaint. I wish they were open later.
