Great food, but service was horribly slow.
Great burgers and great fries. No nonsense place. Peanuts to eat while waiting a few for your fresh cooked food.
Soggy burger that looked all mashed together, fries were mediocre, burger favorite was nothing to write home about, and it’s so loud with the lady spring at the top of her lungs about the order s that were ready, though there were only 12 diners there!
Best burger in Rochester. The best burger in Rochester. Now with that being said Culver’s is a very close second and a much better deal for the price. Five guys is to expensive for what you get. I know a lot of people like Newts, but IMO they are way over rated.
Not Good. I went to Five Guys the second day they where open, and i ordered a basic cheese burger with pickles and ketchup, along with some of there famous fries, and a drinkThey where busy as one would expect for a burger joint the opening week, and when i got to the counter to ordered, I was shocked by the price, it was $10.92 or so. A little spendy considering i think i can get a better burger elsewhere in rochester for the same price.I was also dismayed by the fact instead of putting dill pickles on the burger, which i think is basically standard anywhere else, they put sweet pickles… who does that?the burger was very greasy, and the fries where not the best… over all i will have to say, go some place else… Newts or Culver has them beat.
I like the choice of the wide variety of toppings and that they do not cost extra. The service and atmosphere are better than that of Newt’s.
