Good flavor. My steak was overcooked for medium but the flavor was good.
I sort of feel bad for Rochester that Outback is one of their best restuarants. On the other hand I sure am glad they’re hear. I’ve been to other outbacks in other parts of the county and had very unpleasant experiences. Here in Rochester it’s obvious the care that is taking from the back of the house to the front of the house! You are always greeted with a smile as the doors are opened for you. The service is always good! And the food is, well Outback. A corporate restuarant that makes everything fresh daily. Delicious very fresh salads, good steaks (chargrilled ribeye is my favorite). And I’m gonna say it, the BEST burger I’ve had in Rochester in the past few years. It’s a 50/50 blend of sirloin and filet. Extremely tender hand pattied burger cooked to order with of course Outbacks 17 spice blend. It’s consistently good and I appreciate that they will make me any kind of burger I want. Their No Rules policy applies. If its not on the list of burgers you can look through the menu and any toppings you see for other entrees they will put on your burger for you!
Always great. Our favorite is their tuna. Always yummy! We don’t even care if the wait for a table is long, they bring some sample to tie us over. They really know how to do their business.

Typical Outback food just as you would have in any larger city. If you like Outback you’ll have no surprizes. If you are unfamiliar it’s worth a try, their food is good as is the service. I like the chopped bleu cheese salad and can’t seem to find it any where else.
