I’m not a big fan. I think this place is old, tired, out-dated. With mediocre food. It seems to have the reputation of being one of downtown’s better restaurants, but not in my book. At least not within this past decade.

I came to this Italian restaurant with a party of five. The servings are far too large for someone to completely finish. The gluten-free buns were good. I ordered the Gluten-Free Grilled Salmon and it was okay. Unfortunately, there was a waitress who did not remember to tell the chef that my companion’s pizza needed to be gluten-free. The pizza arrived, but not one that would suit her dietary needs. Fortunately, we recognized that it was not gluten-free or my companion would have been very sick. We had to call the waitress back and have my friend’s meal be remade. That was an extremely upsetting affair. Because of this, I will not be returning.

Incredibly accommodating and friendly server, delicious Alfredo, and welcoming, warm, atmosphere. Definitely recommend, especially as the food is reasonably priced.

House Salad. Amazing with house Italian vinegaret dressing.

Classic friendly Italian. This is a classic Midtown Italian-American restaurant. Superbly prepared quality ingredients with a friendly staff.

It was just alright.. The restaurant was too dark–we could barely read the minue. I ordered the Belguan chicken and my puff pastry wasn’t puffed at alland it was burnt. THhank God forthe Crispin Ale and garlic mashed potatoes and the coupon. My husband had the pork chop(s )–menu doesn’t say you get two but you do. He liked it.
