Did they change the recipe for the Seafood Lasagna? My husband and I each ordered this for dinner tonight and thought it wasn’t quite as tasty as we remembered. Also ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, yuck! Not what was expected nor hoped for.01 Jan, 2015Did they change the recipe for the Seafood Lasagna? Not worth your time or money. Mediocre. Bland. Overpriced. Inept server. Poor customer service.
This food is byfar the most horribly disgusting choice of things to ever be put in an Italian restaurant! The breadsticks are soggy and gross. The price is outrageous for such sickness. I wouldn’t eat her for free. My 5 yearbook sister can make better food and I don’t even have one. Do not get the spaghetti, it’s basically nasty noodles with tomatoes, it’s not even marinara sauce. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
Going in the wrong direction. I used to love the food and service in the old downton location, but now it has all changed. Way smaller portions, mainstream dishes, and horrible service. I should not feel like I am incoviencing a server, that is your job.
Best for Italian. If you’re in the mood for Italian, definitely come here. Ciatti’s has a great atmosphere and amazing Italian food. I would never go back to Olive Garden after eating at Ciatti’s. Though it’s a tad more expensive than Olive Garden, it’s well worth it. I’ve had a positive experience every time.
Customer Service?. Anyone else experience snotty waitress after snotty waitress after snotty waitress? It’s called gratuity for a reason. I don’t patronize Ciatti’s because of this.
The food is nothing special and prepared poorly by undertrained cooks. dont let the building and prices fool you into thinking you are getting anything worth eating
