A Crappy Dive. This place looks unapealing inside and out but I go to Howie’s once in a while because I have a friend who like to go there. I think my friend feels good about himself when he goes there because it seems like a lot of downtrodden and chronically unemployed people hang out there. It is a depressing place. The beer offerings are nothing more than the standard big brand names and the food is bad
