Amazing!! Me and my mother went here for lunch on a whim and we both declared these the best subs we’d ever had. I had the Chipotle Pulled Pork (with coleslaw and queso fresco), and she ordered The Cassidy as soon as she saw it came with banana peppers (delicious chicken, cheddar, tomatoes, banana peppers, roasted red peppers, red onions). Also tried the potato salad and loved it (shoulda gotten more)! Staff was also very friendly. I honestly wish we lived in St. Louis Park so we could get delivery~

Finally something other than pizza for delivery in SLP. Prices could be a a buck or two cheaper, other than that good stuff.

LOVE IT!. Go there at least once a week. Tried many of the subs/sandwich’s and love them all. Favorite is the Hot Pastrami. Worth the trip. Nice people that work there too. Always friendly.
Upscale sandwich spot. Urban Sub’s space was formerly occupied by a Subway. But Urban Sub is 180 degrees removed from Subway, and that’s a good thing.I stopped at Urban Sub for lunch today and had a hot ham and swiss sub on a whole-wheat baguette, with greens and stoneground mustard. The sub was amazing! The bread was artisanal. The ham could have been the centerpiece of a holiday dinner. The greens were mesclun mix rather than shredded iceberg lettuce. Even the mustard was stellar. I can’t remember the last time I had a sandwich that was this good.On a shelf behind the counter was the Kitchenaid mixer that they use to make the cookies they sell. Even the noodles for the chicken soup are made on the premises.The location is a bit out of the way, but it’s worth figuring out how to get there. At first blush the prices may seem a bit on the high side compared to other sub shops in the area (Jimmy John’s, Jersey Mike’s and, of course, Subway), but the quality of the sandwich more than makes up for the slightly higher price.I’ll be back.
