NOT WROTH IT.. We order a cake for a special event, when I went to pick up the cake it looked like nothing I imagine. What was promised was not met, we have choosen Cake by Fhoua after viewing picutres, it looked like very professional work but our cake it seriously looked like by a child bake and decorated it. Poor customer service, older lady was there the time we went to pick it up, speaking little English & she didn’t know how to ring us up. I dont know what happen, I’m never going there again. SO DISAPPOINTING. If I knew then that I know now I would have taken a picture of it & post it along with this review.
Worst cake for your money!. I ordered a cake there about a year ago for my dad’s party. I was charged $1,000 for a 200 slice 3- tier cake. We have ordered a custom top for the cake which cost us $70 and wanted real flowers instead of silk flowers for decoration since Fhoua personally told us that it would be cheaper. The design was sloppy on the cake and the cream was so thick that even after cutting for the first slice, we couldn’t even get to the cake! The custom top was made of CLAY, thus too heavy to sit on top and fell and shattered within an hour of arrival. The flowers were not fresh and already dying! Needless to say, I was very unhappy with it and returned the clay topper for a refund. She refused to give me a refund. I was truly disappointed in her. As an expert in bakery, I think she should have done a better job and known that this type of heavy topper should be better secured or not even used if it wasn’t going to stay! I still remember this experience and let me tell you: NEVER again!
