  Horrible! Worst customer service of my life. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE:I wish I could give this a NEGATIVE STAR RATING! I was told my food would be delivered in 45 minutes or less. I called when it had been an hour and a half of waiting for my food and was told it would be there very shortly. After waiting another 40 minutes, my sweet and sour chicken arrived WITHOUT SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE! I had plain chicken and rice after waiting over an hour and a half! I called and explained the situation and was told that they were bringing my sauce. After an hour after that call, it was still not here. I called again and was told it was coming. After I had waited a total of THREE AND A HALF HOURS I called a final time and was told i could not be given a refund.   Save your self the time…. Do not order from this place…… If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered food for 6 people called them right when they opened at 11am. They said 30 minutes….. 45 minutes later no food… we called and they said 10 minutes.. finally just over a hour later our food arrives… but wouldn’t you know it my order was missing.. So we called….. they said sorry and said it will be right over…… 30 minutes later… we call… they said it was on it’s way 10 minute…. Still nothing….. We called several more times….. since we already paid for the food at this point we just wanted our order… FINALLY at 3pm I received my food. That is 5 hours after we placed the order… UNACCEPTABLE!!! The lady was very rude on the phone and wasn’t very helpful. So I took my LUNCH home for dinner. I could hardly eat it it tasted AWFUL!!! I work for a company we order food weekly it I know WE will never order from this place NEVER EVER again

  THEY SUCK!!! Fed up with them will never ever order from them again….. I have never ever had such bad service as they have given. I work for a company and we order food every week. We went to order food it was supposed to be delievered at 11:15 am it didn’t show up until after 12pm . Called them at 11:30am to find out where the order was… They said 10 minutes… When the order finally showed up one of the meals was missing… Called and said we didn’t order it but when they repeated the order back they repeated 7 orders but we only received 6. So then they where going to send the missing order… And so far… I have not received that order…. What a waste of time and money. Everytime you call they say it just left it is on it’s way… but it never shows up… It is 1:26pm on 10-31-14 and I still have NOT received my lunch.

  Best Chinese food around. I love there food. its perfect! I’m big on Chinese food and this by all means is the best around. the family is very welcoming and super nice. the best part they deliver so on those snowy days they will go.

  Good for the price. The food was real good and I liked it . I ordered Delivery the other day and it showed up in 35 min. The food was hot and fresh . Then I tasted it . Good! I would say its safe to give this place a try . I had a real good dinner !
