I will never go here again. I always got to McDonals for either breakfast or to get my favorite fish fillet sandwich with extra sauce. The last time I went there they charged me for another person’s food. I finally got a refund after waiting for 5 minutes. Today when i went I drove up to the drive through window and the woman goes you had the fish fillet right? I said yes, took the bag and drove all the way back to my office. When I got back I open the bag to find, suprise, a hamburger and french fries. I drive all the way back to McDonalds and actually walk into the store this time. I tell them it is the wrong food and they give me the correct sandwich. I ask the woman this has extra tarder sauce, correct? I can not eat the sandwich without sauce and they charge you an extra 30 cents for the extra sauce anyways. She says yes. Again I drive all the way back to my office and I open the sandwich and it has a tiny dot of sauce on it!!! At this point I cannot drive back again for fear my boss with think I am crazy. Can someone from this Robert St location please explain to me if I should inspect every square inch of my sandwich beofre I eat it. Or maybe you can pay for my gas money expense. I sware to god i will never go back here. I hate this place.

I always got served Promptly and everything was exactly what I ordered! Now I go in maybe once a week, (to hopefully see if they are back!) But now we have to wait and wait and wait and then usually what we ordered ended up being wrong!! Now all we have is a rude young girl, a young guy that would rather talk and joke around with the girl instead of getting us our coffees in a timely manner, and that new manager just sits at her desk, while the line keeps getting longer and longer!!Such a disappointment that I don’t get to stop in and enjoy my time with Jay and Pat every morning…..Sad, this store has Really gone downhill!!
