Nice restaurant and good service hence the reason for 3 Stars, but I wouldn’t come back, it’s basically a flavorless American take on Chinese. So if you are looking for authentic Chinese food I would go elsewhere.
Good food and questionable service. I have always loved the food at pf changs, and the drinks are delicious. Unfortunately service can be slow. When I visited this location in Edina on 7/11/14 the bartender was drinking on bottles of beer the entire two hours I was there. He was quite unprofessional and unimpressive.
Great food if they dont mess up your reservation. The shrimp and mellon, get it. Dont ask any questions, just order this. Also get the spicy green beans. They belong together. We have been to PF Changs in Edina, Maple Grove, Sacramento (CA) and Des Moines (IA) and have always had a great time. I often buy PF Chang gift cards for family birthdays. Front desk is always friendly, the waiters are professional and informative. The booths are large and comfy. The water glasses are kept filled and the food arrives fast. My complaint is the reservation certainty. On more than one ocassion I have had reservations and they messed them up. Now when I enter PF Changs my anxiety jumps as I wonder if I need to raise hell to get my table. So, I dont go at dinner time as often as I probably would go, for this reason. I prefer to go between 1-3PM.
Amazing gluten free selection!. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable of the gluten free selections they had to offer. I ordered the street noodles, and they were amazing! I can’t remember the last time I really enjoyed gluten free noodles, since they usually taste very bland. The prices were reasonable for the classy atmosphere! I will definitely be coming back!
Not Chinese. This place has nothing to do with Chinese cuisine at all, it is some fusion staff as the American chef understands it. The lettuce wraps were terrible, just pure salt inside, it was covering up all other tastes. This place might be good for socializing, but it is surely one of the worst for dining out for food’s sake.
Good Job Mr Chang!!. Yes, this is P F’s at their best. Full orders, Great service, Tasty chow, we have eaten here 10+ time and have always been satisfied.
