We called at 5pm this evening to place an order. No answer. We checked the phone number. We dialed again and still no answer. I drove there. One other customer was there. I asked if something was wrong with the phone. The employee said they turn it off when it’s busy. I asked if they are risking losing customers if they do that. I thought it was like locking the doors. I gave her my coupon and paid. She made my pizza and gave it to me without saying a word. No apologies. no thank you. The customer service was lifeless. The pizza was ok, The service though was poor.
Why bother. Seriously with all the pizza places around why would you save a couple $$ and get one you have to hike home and bake?? And watching them make these tasteless creations sickens me..Dominos thin crust before Papa’s!!
