This is nice little surprise in Edina. I am super impressed with the quality of their pastries and I like the order at the counter set-up. I was thrilled to find a state-side Croque Madame place! I have to say that I found my Croque Madame disappointing and my friend did not like her bacon bread at all. So I would definitely go again, but only for the pastries. I ordered the egg done the way shown in photo, and that doesn’t affect my favorite sandwich. I just can’t handle raw egg white. The bread, amount of bechamel, the ratios- all not done very well.
