Sent WD filet back which pissed off chef ( server told us) so he sent a new one rare( childish)- bill came and my Strip Steak was higher price than printed menu- Parasole… R u kidding me- have you ever been to a real steakhouse in Chicago or NY?
All that Glitters…. Another miss from the Parasole group. I love the design of these restaurants, I just wish the food was on the same level. I had a burger which was dry and unappetizing. Our server was kind of irritating. It would have been nice to have felt welcome and satisfied, but unfortunately I didn’t.

We enjoy the food. Have had lunch there 3 times in the last couple of months and enjoyed all 3. The flatiron steak with cheddar and bacon mashed potatoes is delicious! Can get busy at times but other times it’s been quiet. My group of friends enjoys eating there and many have been to dinner and enjoyed it. Will be trying their Happy Hour soon.
I am not sure how to make a filet tough, but Pittsburgh Blue holds the secret. Heavy food, cramped tables (but a nice, spacious bar area?), ok service. For the premium prices I would expect a premium experience.
Disappointed. Quality of the food was standard at best. The ribeye was not prime and contained about three ounces of tendons. Plenty of visits to the table by various staff. Perhaps to keep one distracted from quality, but no intelligable response to concerns. High price does not equal a great dining experience. Good luck to this place!
