Food is ok. Taco salad was different. Carne asada tacos were pretty good. Still chain-y, but that has attributes. Server was attentive. I prefer El Loro to these.
Rojo is a conveniently located place to stop while shopping at Southdale and in need of a drink. Andy is a great bartender and makes wonderfully delicious martinis, best enjoyed on the patio. The downside is, given this is a suburban location, there are constantly screaming children on the patio and inside. I only come to see Andy and enjoy his cocktails.
