Best butter squash soup I have ever had. Thick and creamy, very filling! Would order again.

Went to the cafe today… View top notch… Service ok……food horrible… The seared ahi tuna would have been better if you ordered it from a fast food joint! My wife and I try new places quit a bit and we will never be back may be our worst experience in Minnesota. Do not be fooled by the view!

The service was horrible when the place was not busy whatsoever, and completely rude.. Food wasn’t that great either.

Tried to eat there the other day but was turned away. They said they wanted to be closed before the KDWB booty cruise came back in. That must be one hell of a party.

Prompt service, nice view, good food. Very pleased overall. Nice place for a casual afternoon lunch. Great creme brle!

If coming by boat – park in the little cut behind the Showboats. Food is excellent and atmosphere is great…can’t miss

Why do people like this place?? I must be missing something. We’ve been twice and both times were a fail. The first time I tried the Curry Chicken Salad. Flavorless and disappointing. This time I tried the Blackened Shrimp Salad. Fail. I asked for dressing on the side. It wasn’t. The shrimp were inedible. As if they had been cooked some other day and then just before serving were dredged in some sort of seasoning. It was so thick it was like eating sand. My husband’s salad and several hais in it and his Shitaki (I think) Encrusted Chicken was way overcooked. You’d never know what it was encrusted with. Will never ever go back.
