Where should I start how about food. All of my groomsmen and the bridesmaids had plaited food. They gave everybody wrong dressings and gave my wife a gluten food meal who was made for one of my guests. Then they said we screwed up not them and made it a huge deal. The chicken was terrible it was drier than the Sahara desert. Now to drinks. Me myself am sober I am in AA, when we went there they had NA beer last year when we checked the place out and then that night they told me oh we don’t sell it anymore. So my father went down the street to get me some. The bartender said she would look the other way. The manager (Alex hispanic person) found them and told my father it was a $12 uncorking fee for each one. My father tried explaining my situation to him he was rude, kept cutting him off wouldn’t let him talk and multiple times bumped into my father. My father looked like he was about to get physical with how this so called manager was trying to heighten the situation. So we grabbed a coffee cup and I drank my beer in that like an idiot all night thanks guys. So now with other staff a staff member completely mowed down a kid on the dance floor and yelled at us to watch her since it was not dance time yet. WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY. I called to talk to Judy another so called manager the next day, she must have trained Alex cuz she was just as bad. She didn’t say sorry for anything at all. I told her everything I stated above and no sorry. She said about the beer that they could have got me some for the night, which is false since the bartender said she couldn’t do anything for me besides look the other way if I bought my own. Judy basically acted as I got your guys money so screw off. Wow great customer service. I think that’s all I got. On the plus side the roast beef was good everything else terrible. She also said Alex would never do that to my father. Well you guys have some really bad reviews maybe time to listen to your customers just maybe.

Took my Mother and children there for Morher’s day. The entrees were per cooked frozen entrees. The vegetables were heated from frozen. I’ve wanted to go to the Lowell Inn since I was a child. What a disappointment. Oh and all the deserts were defrosted frozen purchased deserts. You could get everything they served that day at Cosco in the frozen isle. Not to mention the lovely mildew smell throughout the entire restaurant.
Sunday Brunch was awful!. I joined a group for brunch on 2-14-10. We ate in the garden room. I would not recommend the brunch to anyone. The food choice was small, the food was not hot, the scrambled eggs were dense and dry. The first batch of au gratin potatoes I tasted was ok, the next batch tasted different and had a bad aftertaste. It was definitely not worth the money!
