Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were told to hurry up after looking over the messy unmarked donut selection for 2 minutes. Then the old man told us we need to know exactly how many donuts we wanted and walked away. After waiting another 5 minutes for him to return he told us we were wasting his time. When we were ready to purchase he refused to sell us donut holes with our order of 5 donuts because he said it was to much. At this point he tried to charge us more than menu price for the 5 donuts we ordered. After that we decided to leave without any donuts and he was swearing at us in front of other guests on the way out the door. Dirty donut shop, poor selection, cranky mean old man. If I could give this place a 0/10 I would in a heart beat. Much better donuts in the area anyways, and they are willing to sell me donuts.

The old man and old lady became rude. and point to a price sign on far right of top case. Why not just put 1.00 on trays. I paid 5.00 for my half dozen. And the old man asked if my money was real. I pull out another 5.00 and told him to give me back the other 5.00. And he got nasty. When I arrived home to eat my supposedly fresh made donuts, they were all ice cold. Like recently pulled off a delivery truck on a Minnesota winter day. Don’t know how they can stay in business treating customers so rudely for asking simple price questions and accusing customer of fake money.
