Awful!. This place is the worst! Tge food was cold, gross, and the service was horrible. Furthermore, my friend that ordered from the menu, had her fried rice recooked, as they reheated it from the buffet! Really awful! Also, we had a coupon fo rthe buffet. Literally the savings with the coupon was 1 cent! Really! I will not be returning…ever!

Stay as far away from this place as you can. I went in there and had a some dinner . the service that I could have some ice cream or the tri color desert then the service started yelling at me about the desert which is only a dollar . the owner started screaming at me and making a huge scene in the restaurant screaming at me and making a huge scene in the restauran. I use to be a friend house manager and I would never treat guess that way screaming at them and belittling them in front of everybody over $1.

Excellent Pho…Sometimes. Wildly inconsistent. I go here on a weekly basis and sometimes the broth is the best ever, but other times it’s watered down lightly to heavily (depending on the day). Sometimes I get a lot of meat in my pho, sometimes I barely get any. Sometimes I get a lot of veggies, other times it’s lacking. It seems like it depends on which waiter/waitress goes back to make your pho for you. I’ve calculated that you’re yielded with better results if you go in the beginning of the week. I do like that their condiments/ingredients like red rooster sauce and fish sauce aren’t watered down like other places. I wish there was a cheaper portion available though, so prepared to pay $8 something minimum and tip on top of that. It can get pretty expensive. Their other dishes are decent and appropriately priced. Their buffet is a bargain but nothing stands out.The environment is pretty humble and welcoming and the staff are nice and genuine. The cleanliness is just okay. They do look like they are short-staffed sometimes but nothing to worry about as they are pretty swift to service you.All in all, I love their pho but they have left me disappointed a lot of times with their inconsistencies. If I were to rate them out of 5 against the competition, they’d receive a 2.5 or maybe a 3. They’ll be around a 4 if they get their act together and improve their pho consistency since that is their main attraction. I’d still go here because it’s conveniently located to where I work, but if I lived in the St. Paul area, I probably wouldn’t waste gas because I wouldn’t know which pho taste I’m going to get.

Great takeout, buffet…not so much!. I order takeout from here all the time, and I just love it! Great portions and great taste! The steamed dumplings are a favorite, along with the pork fried rice. I have tried their buffet, though, and that wasn’t as good. I would highly recommend takeout here.
