The first time we had their food it was fine. This was about 3 years ago. In the past year we have tried their food twice. Horrible food. Both times featured tinny tasting canned baby corn canned bamboo shoots canned water chestnuts and canned mushrooms. The pad thai that I ordered yesterday was so bad it all went into the garbage. It had no flavoring no seasoning no oils. It was brown colored noodles mixed with cabbage and carrots and the above canned vegetables. Apparently they had stir-fried a 1 inch little chunk of lime into the pad thai, but I could not taste this. I will never go to this awful restaurant again. None of the wonderful flavors that are ordinarily in Pad Thai or present in this icky food.
Pho here was fantastic, but over time the quality and service has gone down rapidly. Pho don’t taste as good and server are rude. How did the price gone up and the quality go down.
I used to love this place when it actually had some other employees years ago. Now the owners are completely running the floor and ruining the experience that I once considered a gem and 5/5 stars. During lunch, they don’t have the necessary staff to help out. The few moments between yourself and your waiter will be very brief and rushed. Don’t expect your water to be refilled or get extra napkins.About the food, the main attraction is obviously the pho. It has a unique and full flavored broth. It’s very fulfilling unless you come on a wrong day and get a watered down broth that happens on occasion. They have excellent spring rolls and egg rolls and their vermicelli noodle dish is great as well. The stir fry selections taste bland and basically 1 flavor on all of them. Go elsewhere for stir fries.I’ve been a very loyal customer for 6 years. I used to come in every other day for pho during lunch. Now, once a month seems about how often I stop by. The main reason for my absence is not because of the food; it’s because the guy owner creates an unenthusiastic and unprofessional atmosphere. The lady is very nice and genuine however. If they clean up the place and hire waiters, I’ll become a regular again.
