Owner is a jerk. I live in WBL and I am familiar with the owner of this establishment. On several occasions I have seen him ask people to move (or ask the staff to) so that he can seat one of his personal friends. Food is bland and expensive for the quality. On a slow day, its a nice place to have a cold drink and stare at the lake. I avoid places like these because the ownership doesn’t value the patrons. Poor value for the money spent. For our money, we would much rather go someplace else.
Definitely Now Among FAVORITES in WBL!!. After the few years in business Admiral D’s has been open they have most definitely gained some traction, after the clear improvements they keep making year after year I don’t see many if any area’s to complain about. As a close local I notice the new menu, even when busy our orders never take more than 7-10 minutes, more friendly servers, consistent good coctails, the inside and bar has a new makeover, experienced cooks because I can obviously taste it, the live music is always phenomenal same goes for the atmosphere and view overlooking the lake. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTURANT

What a Difference!!!. I went back to Admiral D’s last night, after swearing I would never go back, and I was astounded at the difference in both the food and the service. The servers were all very friendly and the food was phenominal. We recieved our food in almost no time. Seems like they finally figured it out over there. I can now enjoy the lake without being mad about poor service and bad food.
Excellent food, great atmosphere with the live bands right on the lake, and overall a really great experience! The service was fun, friendly and energetic and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Try the Dirty Bourban Burger! It was incredible!

Horrible…. Worst service I’ve had in years. Ordered a juicy Lucy which came out black, sent it back and got a raw patty that would have made anyone sick…. Beautiful view and good music but don’t eat here… Oh yeah, bottle of coors light was $5
