I am Chipotle fan. But I had another bad experience. I went in just before 8 last night and stood there and waited. No one was at the beginning and there was a gentleman waiting before us. After about 5 minutes of a group standing around. I said is anybody working. Got a dirty look from a employee. Then someone came up. Come to find out the gentleman in front was accually with a lady being helped. He had to wait while she got her food. One person at the line one at the register. Others hang out in back. When I finally got to order they had an attitude cuz I said something about getting help. Then we went to sit and I needed lemon. The lemons and limes were empty. I went to the register and asked if they had lemons cashier came out with limes. Didn’t say they were out. And I was sitting by it. So I went back up to the counter and asked for lemons. She laughed and walked away. Comes back and says she can’t find them. So I went to sit down and a guy came up were out. So I used limes not the same. But it was all I had. I only ate half. So I went up to get covers and the cashier was in the corner texting on her phone. Not happy with customer service there. Never going to that one againg. The gentleman in front of me did say thank you for getting there attention.
