Wonderful meal and owner. Just returned from an amazing dinner at Sam Thai. We were greeted by a delightful and warm owner and received very personalized service and recommendations. His warmth and humor had us feeling very comfortable. Our menu items were outstanding. The spring rolls are made fresh upon order including the vegies being cut and the rice paper being used to wrap them. All of the dishes were outstanding and clearly the best pad that I have ever tasted. Just a hint of sweetness followed by a nice kick/spice at the end. The Thai sauce for it is homemade! The country curry sauce on another dish was very wonderful. All the vegies were freshly cut and very tasty. Finally, the ginger sauce was to die. Overall, one of the most fun, best tasting and pleasant dining experiences in this small little place in White Bear Lake. Already planning for my return. Thanks, Sam! You blew my mind tonight!
