The food is eatable and drink prices are reasonable. We recently had a party in the lower level banquet area and service was exceptional except that we had to wait an extremely long time to receive all of our food, it can half at a time. We did have to hire an outside DJ. The service at the bar upstairs was okay but nothing to brag about.
Terrible service, no acknowledgement and very untimely. I have waited more than a half hour to even have a server acknowledge me, have had a server ask someone I’m sitting with if they needed anything and completely ignore me (and seen this done to other people), among other things. I tip well and still I get walked all over at this place. I have never been anywhere with service worse than the stadium in wbl. I am never going back.
Great Food. The Cajun Chicken Sandwich with Fresh Cut Fries (you have to ask for them) is amazing!!!!! The cajun spices are always so good. Big, thick cut pieces of bacon on the sandwich. And, the bun is VERY soft & fresh. (always)My Wife ALWAYS gets the Tuna Melt. She loves it. I think we are hooked on these two items.They serve a great breakfast too on Sat & Sun mornings.
