Crab legs. I went back to my old home to Biloxi, Ms from San Antonio and was craving fresh seafood. I found it on a Friday night at Boomtown buffet; the dungenous crabs were tender, moist, and seasoned perfectly. There were plenty of crabs and no lines, even though the buffet was wall to wall. I do have to admit all the other food at the buffet has gone down the hill, bland chicken, rude employee at the pasta station, gumbo and soups crusting over from not being stirred, salad limp etc. My wife was very disappointed, as the whole buffet used to be delicious. It seems ever since hurricane Katrina hit the coast and New Orleans, every restaurant that remains has gone on the cheap, buying sub par shrimp: I even suspect some of the venerable places are buying sysco foods pre battered shrimp, something that would be unheard of on the Mississippi gulf coast. Overall, if the quality of the dungenous crabs every goes down, this place is closed. .
